PMID 25964295 2015 In a multivariate analysis adjusted for conventional prognostic factors, we found a significant interaction between the rs8113308 and endocrine treatment, indicating a predictive, treatment-specific effect of the SNP rs8113308 on breast cancer survival, with the per-allele HR for interaction 2.16 (95% CI, 1.30-3.60; Pinteraction = 0.003) and HR = 7.77 (95% CI, 0.93-64.71) for the homozygous genotype carriers.
