What is Power to Endurance Ratio?

In the Gene Fitness report, you will find a pie chart that talks about your endurance to power ratio. The percentage value above indicates what percentage of your overall activities should be allocated to endurance type activities such as brisk walking, biking, or playing a game of tennis and what percentage should be allocated towards power based activities such as lifting heavy weights for low reps, sprinting or jumping. In the above example, the genetic results suggest that this person can benefit from an equally balanced mix of endurance and power based activities. You can check out our Gene Fitness Report here.
