In the event that you are not fully satisfied with the service you have availed, we would be happy to issue a 50% refund the amount to you within 14 days from the time you have asked for a refund.
Provided that the cause for refund must be one of the following:
No refund if notified within stipulated time - You shall not be entitled to a refund if you do not intimate us within 3 days after receiving the reports.
The customer who wishes to cancel the service and receive 50% refund may do so by contacting us via the chat option on right side bottom corner.Â
Once the request is received by us regarding the cancellation of service, we shall refund the customer with 50% of the retail price paid by the customer for that product through the same method used by the customer to make the transaction, or any other regularly used mode of transferring money. The customer has to follow up with his/her respective bank/ card issuer regarding the transfer after the refund process is completed by us.
